TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The buyer by making an online credit card reservation deposit with the seller (Ron's Guide Service) states, acknowledges and understands:
That a non-refundable reservation deposit is required. That the credit card reservation deposit is a non-refundable partial payment and commitment for the reservation activity being reserved.
That there is not a reservation deposit cancellation grace period in which a refund will be made.
That there are no refunds for a reservation deposit cancellation made by the client for any reasons or under any circumstances. That a no-show hunter or non-hunter deposit is non-refundable and not applicable to the balance due.
That there are no refunds for any reservation changes made in the itinerary while here or enroute.
That the buyer knows, understands and accepts the total cost given in writing for the reservation activity the credit card reservation deposit is being made for.
That the buyer by making a credit card reservation deposit states full knowledge and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the credit card reservation deposit cancellation policy.
That a credit card reservation deposit cancellation because of severe weather is at the discretion of Ron's Guide Service.
That the buyer does waive his credit card rights to dispute or cancel the credit card reservation deposit made by the client. All questions of law in any action based upon any claim of breach of this agreement shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida as existing at the time of such action. Any action brought by either party based on any claim arising under or as a result of this contract or based on the tour package of which it is a part, shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Glades County, Florida.
