Florida bass fishing references
from the state of Arizona. I have put together a Florida bass
fishing report of trophy bass caught using shiners by Arizona
residents. Their name, address,
home phone number and e-mail address (if they have one) are also included
so as to verify the contents and afford prospective clientele
the opportunity to get first hand information from folks who have
fished with our guide service.
Bob Ranney (Phoenix, AZ
- 602-787-8046) caught about 20 bass which included a 6 lb'er
during 1 and the half days (Dec. 7 & 8, 1999) of wild shiner
fishing with Ron's Guide Service. All bass were caught in the
Hay Field area of Lake Okeechobee. All the bass were also released.
Joe and Lori Paladenic (Hereford, AZ - ph: 520-378-6718 - e-mail:
JPaladenic@aol.com) caught 22 bass up to 5 1/2 lbs. during 2 half
day sessions (Oct. 17 and 18, 1998) of wild shiner fishing with
Ron’s Guide Service. This couple in addition to the 5 1/2
lb’er also caught two other 5 lb’ers. This nice catch
of bass was caught in the Monkey Box area of Lake Okeechobee.
All bass were live released.
