FLORIDA BASS FISHING REFERENCES FROM: WASHINGTON

Florida bass fishing references from the state of Washington. I have put together a Lake Okeechobee bass fishing report of trophy bass caught using shiners by Washington residents. Their name, address, home phone number and e-mail address (if they have one) are also included so as to verify the contents and afford prospective clientele the opportunity to get first hand information from folks who have fished with our guide service.

Florida Freshwater 9 lb. and 6 lb. Trophy Bass

Brian Reimers and 12 year old son Kyle (Graham, WA - ph: 253-846-9228 - e-mail: wallframer@aol.com) caught and released 35 bass up to 9 lbs during one day (Nov. 21, 1999) of wild shiner fishing with Ron's Guide Service. Brian caught the 9 lb'er while his son Kyle boated a hefty 6 lb'er. Bass were caught in the Moonshine area of Lake Okeechobee.

Howard Schmidt (Issaquah, WA - ph: 425-557-9934 - e-mail: howardas@hotmail.com) and his 81 year old dad Tony (North Port, FL - e-mail: tonyjsc@email.msn.com) caught 6 bass up to 5 1/4 lbs. using shiners during 2 half days (Aug. 22 & 23, 1999) of Florida bass fishing on Lake Okeechobee with Captain Ron. Bass action was very slow due to very hot weather. All fish which were released were caught in the Monkey Box area of Okeechobee.

This Special Rate of only $180.00 is for 1 person and includes: 2 (four hour) half days of shiner bass fishing, 1 night of motel lodging free of charge, 6 dozen shiners free of charge, USCG licensed guide, bass boat, fuel and all tackle.

We require 2 persons on our Special Rate.

Required Deposit for 2 persons is $180.00

Third person 2 half day 1 night rate charge is $100.00 additional and includes 2 (four hour) half days of shiner bass fishing, 1 room for 3 persons for 1 night of motel lodging free of charge, 2 dozen extra shiners free of charge, USCG licensed guide, bass boat, fuel and all tackle.

Required Deposit for 3rd. person is $100.00
