Ron,
We had an excellent time.
The weather was great and we had a great guide.
We caught 19 bass in the two days but no wall hangers. My son
had good size
one (probably the one he told you about that was 6 - 7 pounds)
but it got
away when we brought it up out of the water. That's the breaks.
We
are planning on coming back but not sure of the days. We will
notified
you when we decide. How is the 4th of July for catching bass????

Hi Ron,
I have been meaning to write you and tell you how much fun we
had. Even though the weather did not want to cooperate you put
us on to the largest bass either of us have ever caught ( 30 bass
between 3 and 7 1/2 lbs isn't bad either! ). We cannot talk about
anything without bringing up our trip and the great time we had!
You are a great guy and a terrific guide. On our way back to Atlanta
we decided to make it a yearly trip ( if not more often ) if you
can handle us! We have been telling our friends to watch the site
for the photos and you did not disappoint!! You may hear from
more Atlantans after this! Your service has to be the best buy
on Okeechobee! We will be e-mailing you the other photos
that we mentioned as soon as we get them scanned.

The fishing was a little
slow and we didn't catch any fish that we could brag about, (lie
about yes). Although a great time was had by my wife and myself.
Ken really tried hard to put us on fish but with a tournament
going on and the weather conditions less than desirable he had
his work cut out for him. We could tell Ken was discouraged some,
please let him know we had a great time and he did a fantastic
job with what he had to work with. He even taught Connie how to
flip a shiner into the openings in the grass.
Again we had a great time
and we'll be back.

Sorry I took so long to respond but I was waiting to get a picture
of the
bigger bass from the kids so I could scan it and e-mail it to
you. They are
back off to college and I probably won't see the pictures until
spring. The
kids had a good time however and apparently caught some nice bass
(2 @
7-8#??) assuming they aren't telling me a fish story. They apparently
caught lots of other bass, and enjoyed their guide. Their mother
was worried about whether they could get back and forth in a strange
state
without getting lost, but they had no problems. Thanks for taking
good care
of them and providing them some good fishing, as a rule the bass
don't get
quite that big in Minnesota/North Dakota.

Hi, The motel was great, I got a little apprehensive when the
guy's didn't make it back by check out, but the clerk was great
and said not to worry, they sometimes stay a little longer and
he wouldn't throw us out. William caught a 6 lb. bass and was
informed it would be on the Internet, we keep checking. William
and his dad really enjoyed the fishing, they went deep sea fishing
in Islemarada and his dad only caught one fish, William had 3
and they got off, one bit the hook off and the other two came
off at the knot after the sinker, they were quite disappointed

The fishing trip was great, my son & I really enjoyed it.
Our guide was great on finding
the fishing holes and allowing us plenty of time to fish. I guess
we caught about 10 or more
fish, 20 or so if you count the ones that got away! A couple of
bass about 3-4 lbs, got the
pictures to prove it and tell stories that they are 10-12 lbs...got
to get that picture angle
just right! Over all...Had a great time and will do it again soon.

We had a great trip the fishing was great I think we figured that

caught and released close to 200 bass in the 5 days we were there.
We had 5 boats 10 men and we KILLED EM!

Just want to say thank you
to you for such a great time.
My father and I really enjoyed the hospitality and GREAT fishing
on Lake
Okeechobee. We caught 57 beautiful bass ranging from two to eight
plus
pounds during our three days. The guide taught us a new technique,
Hand-Line with shiners, that worked really well after the cold
front came
through. He is a great guide, we enjoyed his company.
Dad and I will be back next
year and we hope to bring others with us.

Alvin and I had a fantastic
time. Our guide was really very nice. We've mentioned his name
more than once since we left the Big Lake. We didn't catch too
many fish. Only four and two of them were jack fish. One Bass
came in at just under five pounds and the other was about 3. But
we let a big number of them get off the hook. :-(
Another couple of days of
Mama Flego's cooking would have meant a new wardrobe :-). We both
thank you for everything.
